HOWARD STREET APARTMENTS

Howard Street Apartments is a neighborhood renewal project in the city of Buffalo.  The project included redeveloping the old PS 75 into apartments and building twelve new townhouses in the area.

OUR INVOLVEMENT: Our DFH division worked with NK Star.  In the townhouses, we supplier the interior and exterior doors and hardware.  For the school rehabilitation, we supplied new wood doors to match existing historic doors as well as the unit interior doors and the common area wood and hollow metal doors.

SILO CITY

Silo City is a historic renovation of one of the Buffalo grain silos along the Buffalo River, in the city’s great initiative to restore the waterfront. This eight story silo has been converted into high end, luxury apartments, as well as first floor office space.  

OUR INVOLVEMENT:

The J&R DFH division supplied the contemporary solid wood doors, apartment interior prehungs, common area hollow metal, FRP doors, and all SALTO access control hardware
